Brief: A 6 week project with a key outcome of embedding a new sales process and upskilling the staff.

Outcome:

  • Understanding where the business was ‘at’ - systems, people, customer experience, marketing, sales

  • Coaching the business owner to develop vision, values, organisation structure, financial goals

  • Training club manager

  • Recruiting new staff

  • Designing a sales process to shorten the sales cycle, work in with a new CRM and improve customer experience

  • One-on-one coaching and group coaching/workshops
